Strategic Planning

If your business/team is not sure where it’s headed, chances are it will follow the hit or miss strategy – resulting in inefficiency, lack of productivity, lack of morale, and more.

The business environment is changing constantly, and your strategic plan will not only enable your team to move forward with a shared mission and vision but will provide the roadmap to get there.  Strategic planning will align your team to your company’s values and create or strengthen your corporate culture communicating your message with one voice. And don’t worry, I won’t be giving you a 3 ring binder that sits on your shelf.

Before working with Annice, my partner and I were friends who became business partners, looking desperately for assistance and consolation for our freshly conceived business concept.  We had long histories in contract work and building, but zero experience whatsoever with creating our own business. From the moment we sat with Annice to develop our business plan her high-level critical insight and guidance has been an absolutely invaluable asset not just to our business, but individually as people. Our business is extremely dimensional and nuanced with a wide-reaching scope, and we wouldn’t have come nearly this far without her stewardship.
